Refund policy

Our refund policy aims to be fair when dealing with customer complaints. If you believe that you are eligible for a refund, please visit our contact options to launch a support ticket.
We have outlined which cases are eligible for a refund:
  • Goods damaged on arrival (does not cover goods damaged in use). If goods become damaged during transit, you may qualify for a full refund or exchange.
  • If the goods go missing during transit, you may qualify for a full refund or exchange.
  • If you wish to send a product back to us, we allow a 24 hour period to cancel your order. Please note, once an item is listed as dispatched, a full refund or cancellation of the order will not be available.ย 
  • Refunds and Exchanges are dealt with on a case by case basis. These guidelines are solely for advice purposes. If you want to claim a refund, please contact us directly for assistance.ย 
  • Once 14 days have passed from the initial purchase date, refunds or exchanges will be unavailable as the eligibility period has ended. Please note, in the case of delayed delivery or dispatch issues, we may extend the refund/exchange period.ย 
  • If you qualify for a refund, an exchange option will be available if you opt for us to resend the item.ย 
  • All extrait de parfum sprays and Oud / Perfume oils with roller balls and sticks cannot be returned for health and safety reasons due to Covid 19, in most circumstances a gift receipt will be offered in the amount that was spent or for product you are not happy with.
